Focaccia Pasta with Broccoli
2 c. cooked bowtie Italian pasta (available at Botanical Indulgence)
1 1/2 t. olive oil
2 Tbsp. Focaccia spice blend (available at Botanical Indulgence)
1 c. Broccoli pieces
Heat olive oil in a pan. When hot, add the Focaccia spice. Add the broccoli and cook until it is vibrant green. Add the pasta and continue to stir to coat the noodles with the spice oil mix. Can add other vegetables of your choice, such as zucchini, carrots, eggplant, mushrooms.....it is a versatile dish and reheats well. Makes 2 servings

Foccacia Vegetable dip
8 oz. container of sour cream
3 Tbsp. Foccacia spice blend (available at Botanical Indulgence)
Simply mix spice with sour cream a few hours before serving. Is delicious with veggies, bagels, chips, pretzels.
